You retain ownership of Your Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform Your Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account, except to the extent that we have a legal obligation to retain such Content.

4.2 Guest Content

Any Content provided by guest product leaders, including guest blogs and lectures (“Guest Content”), is also governed by these Terms. By providing Guest Content, guests grant NextSprints a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Guest Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service. All Guest Content becomes the property of NextSprints upon publication.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit or distribute any Content that:

  • Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
  • Infringes upon any intellectual property or proprietary rights.
  • Contains viruses or other harmful components.
  • Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any person.
  • Encourages or depicts criminal activities or acts of violence.
  • Is misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By submitting Your Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have all necessary rights to submit and authorize us to use Your Content.
  • Your Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Fees

Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We generally do not provide refunds for subscriptions, as access to paid content (including video, audio, and text) is granted upon purchase.

NextSprints reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms or any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

15. Handling Account Deletion Requests

In Short: If you request account deletion, your account will be deleted, but certain User Content may remain on the platform.

  • Delete your account and remove your personal information from our active databases.
  • However, any User Content you have submitted, such as comments or blog posts, will remain on the platform. Your identity/account will be deleted, but the content will continue to be accessible to other users.
  • Retain certain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

In Short: Any similarity between the Content on NextSprints and content available on the internet or other websites is purely coincidental.
